Entries are free but are limited to a maximum of four per organisation across all of the categories. Additional entries can be made but will be charged at a cost of £50 + VAT each.

To enter please complete the online form for each category you would like to be considered for or alternatively, download the entry form here and return it by email to rowan@dontpanicprojects.com or by post to Don’t Panic Projects, 8, Market Chambers, Market Place, Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester BL0 9AJ.

If you are entering using the online form we recommend you write your text in a word processing package before copying the information across.

The awards will be presented at a dinner at The Hilton, Manchester on Wednesday 19 October 2011. Tickets for the dinner cost £900 + VAT for a table of 10 or £95 + VAT for individual places.
